Crab Legs, 3 Pounds
Momoya Kim Chee Base, 6 Ounces
Garlic, 2 Tablespoons Minced
Limes, 2 Limes
Butter, 1 Cup
Directions

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds crab legs
  • 6 ounces Momoya kim chee base
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 whole limes, zested and juiced
  • 1 cup butter

 

Directions

  1. Cut butter into small pieces and put in a small pot on low heat. Let cook on low until the fat bubbles and separates. Remove fat leaving a clear butter. Put to the side to chill.
  2. Mix together kim chee base, minced garlic, and lime juice. Set aside one tablespoon of this kim chee marinade.
  3. Put grab in a Ziploc bag with remaining mixture.
  4. Let crab sit in marinade overnight.
  5. Mix the one tablespoon of kim chee marinade set aside previously with the clarified butter.
  6. Grill crab legs basting with marinade. Around 10 minutes.
  7. Plate with kim chee butter and limes for garnish.
